Collection 2010
Varieties: 37% xarel·lo, 36% macabeo and 27% parellada, from our vines of Can Martí estate.
Ageing: 10 years of aging in the bottle. Each year the poignettage is carried out – bottle’s shacking -. Thus, the yeasts are suspended and the effects of autolysis are favoured, enriching aromas and flavours.

It is a small production of 612 bottles of 75cl and 56 bottles of 150 cl. The grapes come from low-yielding vines and the harvest is always done by hand. The grapes are harvested in 25 kg boxes or small 2,500 kg trailers, with rapid transport to the winery, selection of the grapes on a sorting table and gentle pressing.
It is a complex and subtle sparkling wine, with a long aging that imparts smoky and brioche notes and a creamy texture with great finesse.
